This villa is situated at the back of the plot and is completely private and secluded. It is accessed via a separate entrance from the street that is secured with an electric gate. The villa has a huge double garage (up to 3 spaces depending on the vehicle model), a pool house and planning permission for an outdoor pool (available optionally at extra charge). The three floors of the house each have a gross floor area of 123 m² including the attic. 

The future owner can still request modifications to be taken into account.
